   It was a bit pricy. The food was good but too salty for my taste. Our waiter was great. The place had a cool vibe and was hopping but we had spotlights in our eyes and was just too bright and not a romantic dinner out.

   Ordered the trout entree for dinner. For $32, it came with a tiny portion of fish. There was more than twice as much salad on the plate than there was fish. You’d have thought I ordered a side salad with trout added as protein. Very disappointing.

   The restaurant has a great vibe and design. We enjoyed the incredible Sunday dinner deal. The fried chicken and sides were delicious! Siraya was a great server too!! It was a wonderful evening. Thank you!!

   I've left several other stellar reviews of Yardbird Denver in the past. However, our experience last night was only marginal. Four of us had a 6:30pm reservation on a snowy Sunday evening. The great: The Sunday Supper is a terrific value and two of our party ordered that menu (Caesar salad, mac & cheese, biscuits, deviled eggs, Brussels sprouts, fried chicken and a fried oreo/vanilla ice cream dessert for $35). Also great are the skillet cornbread and my favorite fried green tomato BLT stack appetizer with tender smoked pork belly. Sooo good. The not great: one of us ordered the chicken and waffles which came without watermelon and the other non-Sunday Supper order was the RiNo mixed grill which was missing the burnt ends AND the Alabama white sauce. When I pointed this out to our server, he said he'd see what he could do and then disappeared until the end of the meal when he said he would take the RiNo order off the bill. Really not acceptable - if they didn't have watermelon or the burnt ends or the sauce, why not say so at the top of the seating? If they had it and just missed it, then why not bring the items when notified? At the moment, we're not keen on making a repeat visit to the Denver Yardbird. Our first experience with Yardbird was in Las Vegas many years ago when they opened at the Venetian and we have had some great meals at the Denver location but I'm not sure what happened last night. Very sad.

   Everything we ate was delicious, but what made the meal was the service. Our waiter was excellent!

   Good was amazing and creative. Service was bad. When we arrived with reservations it took us 10 mins to be seated, then 35 mins until we actually ordered. The food was very good. I would love to have it again. Most likely will be to go or apps at the bar though.

   Absolutely loved this place! Our server Morgan was very nice and attentive. The inside is gorgeous and very spacious. Will definitely be coming back here again!

   The food is delicious. The prices are high, but the portions generous enough to share. We shared the Lewellyn's Fine Fried Chicken entree which came with mashed potatoes and some greens, 1 order of skillet cornbread (to die for) and 1 side order of collard greens and we were more than satisfied. In fact, so much so that we didn't have room to sample the dessert.🥴

    Amazing food, ambiance, and service. The space is huge and even has a patio. We went out for Valentine’s Day with another couple and had an amazing time. The ribs and chicken and waffles were particularly delicious. We will be back!
