   Our visit to Yampa Valley Kitchen was nothing short of extraordinary. From the beautifully presented dishes to the friendly service, this was one of the most memorable breakfast experiences I’ve ever had. The Food Every dish at Yampa Valley Kitchen feels like a work of art. I ordered an omelette filled with crispy, caramelized onions—a combination that was both creative and absolutely delicious. My wife was equally impressed with her meal, especially the drinks, which were flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. I also enjoyed a cappuccino that was rich and perfectly balanced. Even my kids, who stuck to simpler options, were delighted with their meals. The care and detail in presentation made even the basics feel special. Service and Atmosphere The service was top-notch. Our waiters were friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to seat us earlier than expected. They accommodated us in a spacious and comfortable area, which made the experience even more enjoyable. As a family, we never felt rushed or cramped—a big plus when dining with kids. Drinks and a Small Wish The only minor drawback was the lack of regular Coke. They offered a special variety of Coke, which was good, but I’m personally a fan of the classic. That said, it wasn’t a dealbreaker, and the quality of everything else more than made up for it.    Been here for dinner three times now.  Food is absolutely top-notch and the servers are great The bar is very understaffed and you spend a lot of time waiting for your drinks. I’ve had the duck the steak fruits and the pork chop The pork chop is my favorite and absolutely amazing. I’m always nervous about ordering steak from a non-steak restaurant, but it was cooked on point. We will definitely go back and once they get their staffing levels right on busy nights in the bar this will be a five star review

   Quaint converted home was a perfect pairing for a warm and comfy menu. The Mushroom Bisque, while a little heavy on the truffle oil, had an amazing creamy texture and good flavor depth.

   We are locals and this was our first time here for dinner. The staff was very accommodating and service was excellent. The food overall was very good. Steak au poive and duck a ‘orange were quite good. Bartender and server were both excellent on wine suggestions We enjoy cooking so don’t feel the need to go out unless it is special. Yampa Valley kitchen made it to our list of 4-5 restaurants that we will frequent.

    Awesome happy hour specials. Excellent services, delicious food. Drinks took a bit to come out but they were definitely worth the wait. Will definitely be going back!
