   We had an amazing birthday dinner at Yamamori last night! Our waitress was extremely helpful and patient with us as it took us a while to order due to the variety on the menu (recommend checking the menu beforehand). All the staff were also very attentive and made sure our table was clean in between our meals etc. The food itself was delicious and we felt that you could not go wrong with any meal you ordered. We also order some drinks - the wine and beer was nice and the cocktail we had was also great. One thing we would have changed was perhaps the lighting in the dining area itself, it could have been turned down a bit, so it wasn’t so bright, but otherwise the atmosphere was great and lively! 10/10 recommend, especially for a bigger group/ family meal!

   Main dishes and sushi were very good. Mochi were not. the dough was not soft but sort of brittle. Like when it's either old or has been deforosted and refrosted multiple times. Service was very good otherwise.

   A quite busy Thursday evening 8pm service. The service was efficient and professional. I would recommend the Yamamori ramen and the white choc & miso cheesecake for desert.

   The staff were excellent. Had to make some last minute changes to my reservation and they could have been more helpful. The food is stunning but good service makes it even better.

   I precooked a table for 4 asked for a happy birthday for my son on special request section. We arrived on time waited 10+ mins to be noticed. Put on a table for 8. So were unsure If another party of 4 would arrive. The place was freezing I said it to lady she replied I'm really hot rushing around? She said she would put heating on but didn't so we ate with our coats on us! Our waiter a young gut was lovely but said it was unexpectedly busy and only 2 waiting staff! My daughter said I had a fish allergy once we had ordered he said they could not guarantee cross contamination of fish nuts etc!!! I had an epi pen. Sons birthday so I didn't walk out. I didn't care to eat then. Son ate mine. My daughter ordered some sides which didn't arrive (we wernt charged for them) Husbands beef was very chewed. Goyza, Ramen and sushi apparently were lovely. I asked about birthday our lovely waiter just a few years older than my son said oh we didn't know! got him a scoop of ice cream with a candle on it and nervously sang happy birthday we joined in poor lad. That was the highlight. So for others intending to go dress up really warm and avoid if any allergies. Disappointed

   We had a reservation at 2pm but we made to the restaurant almost around 3pm. I tried calling the restaurant, at least 15 times between 12:30 pm and 2pm but no one picked our phone. We panicked whether the reservation will be cancelled or not; neither did the restaurant called at 2pm to check if we were coming or not. The booking cannot be modified online. When you book for Yamamori, we have to provide our card details. I wouldn't want to be wrongly charged, if there was no communication between the two parties. and the situation was a bit ambiguous because of communication gap. Overall the experience once we reached the restaurant was positive. But dont the credit / debit card, when no one from restaurant can be contacted.

   Booked table 3 days ago Got there and sat on table for 4. Chairs very rickety and uncomfortable I have dined there since it opened Asked for a bench seated table Told no none available unless we come back one and half hour later which we couldn’t Stayed for meal on bad table for 1.5 hours. Two bench tables empty the whole time we were there so they could have given us one of those tables Bento box now almost €28. That’s gone is €10 on the dinner menu Service excellent food excellent Hostess poor as wouldn’t give us bench seating even though clearly available whole time we were in the restaurant Price hikes unacceptable . Not surprising so many restaurants closing down with these crazy prices Sad to say after 20 years of dining here I won’t be returning

    I haven’t been in years but as I was in the area last night I decided to return. Having booked a table for 7:15 we were left queuing without any acknowledgment for 10 minutes before being approached by anyone. We were seated immediately. We ordered and the food took 25 minutes to arrive. It was as good as I remembered but nobody came to check if it was okay and we didn’t get any water. Not many floor staff and those that were there weren’t looking at customers. We finally got the attention of one so we could order the bill. The lack of interest of any of the staff would put me off returning.
