Xaak is a Contemporary Mexican Cuisine experience, designed by 4 chefs from Hotel Xcaret Arte’s Culinary Collective: Roberto Solís, Paco Méndez, Jonatán Gómez Luna and Alejandro Ruiz, who have designed an extraordinary 5-course tasting menu that will surprise the diner.

This experience includes pairing with premium Mexican wines, these have been chosen by Sandra Fernandez, one of the most influential women in the promotion of Mexico’s wine culture, to harmonize this culinary masterpiece.

It was a wonderful experience. Each dish was unique and delicious. We chose the cocktail pairing instead of wine and it did not disappoint. They even brought us a dessert with a candle for my birthday. Everything was top notch.

Don’t miss it! We hesitated because of the price but not only was it the best food on the property it was great by any standard! We opted for the cocktail pairing instead of the wine pairing which was included ( we assumed it was extra). Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better. The setting is so calm and pretty. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Fantastic food and service - we really enjoyed our experience. We had a special tasting menu with a guest chef and we were very impressed. Excellent value and a great experience!

Food portions extremely small,waste of money but ambience was great. If you want to get a very small portions with a good ambiance and pay the high then this is the place to go
