   I have really enjoyed W.A.R. ever since it opened. This time unfortunately was very different. Some of my favorite items have been removed from the menu and what is left. I felt was very overpriced for the amount and quality of the dishes that we ordered. Some specifics: The scallops were way too small and bland to be $10 a piece. The filet I will say was cooked perfectly but all of the stuff like the rock hard chickpeas thrown on top were weird. I Will always Love the pork belly and watermelon but the pork belly was overcooked and dried out. $16 for a little sliver of sponge cake was ridiculous. Worst of all, all the good beers they had on the menu are gone and it's mostly Utah beer that's just meh. I know they can do better so I will go back. I hope to see it's better next time.

   If you ever get a chance to dine at this place I would highly recommend it. Also, you need to ask for Summer! She was absolutely amazing. Funny and engaging and will certainly make your experience here an amazing one. We will return not only to have her as our server but the food was amazing as well. Cheers!

   What a fantastic way to celebrate a birthday!! Had the best table, the best cocktails, and wonderful shareable plates. The service was outstanding! So glad I choose Wood Ash Rye.

   I attended a wine pairing event hosted by Zion Vineyards. The chef's 5 courses were outstanding and the paired wine made for a fun event!
