   We went Wolfgang’s for lunch, it was a great experience, our waitress Terry was attentive and very helpful. The food was delicious as always.

   Food was mediocre for what we paid. Nothing stood out as wow. Definitely need to step it up if they want to compete with other tried, tested and true steakhouses. Cocktails were really tasty though Ambiance was nice as well.

   TBH, disappointing. Missed appetizer request, tomato/mozzarella salad only so so. Cheese seemed more processed than natural. Steak ok but fatty, crabcake pretty bad. Service started prmisingly, but follow up poor. Random people came to table with bread, entrees, etc. with no sense of continuity. Room itself very nicely appointed but menu, food quality and service need dramatic improvement

   We have been to Wolfgang’s twice now and love their happy hour. Food was excellent, staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, and the location is very convenient. We loved sitting out on the patio and enjoying the outdoor dining. Great experience. We will definitely be back.

   The service and our server was very attentive and very nice. We knew this restaurant was expensive, but we wanted to see if there was a reason for it and unfortunately, there really is not. We were hoping this steak would be phenomenal, but it was bland and to be honest the entire meal was bland. The Caesar salad was especially disappointing. The dressing was full of oil and had no taste. The pricing is on par with many other high-end restaurants for many of the options on the menu but the steak was way overpriced! Yes, they have their special process that they put the meat through but we didn’t see or taste any difference at all. We were looking forward to this restaurant opening, but we will not be going back. They really need to do something about the food or they won’t be around for very long. Sad. Thankfully, Ruth Chris is still around.

   We were really excited to go to this restaurant since we knew about it from New York and have been to the New York location many times. There really wasn’t anyone in the restaurant which should’ve triggered us, but we sat down anyway. The fillet was horrible and we believe was rancid and just a bad experience with the food overall. The mashed potatoes came out cold and the German potatoes were hard. I would not recommend going to this restaurant in Maui unfortunately. Big disappointment.

   We had to ask for air conditioning unadjusted as it was too warm inside.The prices were ridiculous especially considering we had to pay for side dishes.our daughter in law ordered her steak well done and it was a disaster-tasted like shoe leather and we still had to pay for it. The crème brûlée was thick and lumpy. I had noted on our reservation that it was our anniversary-so much for t gf that. The only nice thing is we had a lovely waitress.i still find it offensive that a high end restaurant such as your still greet customers -hi guys.we will not be back.i was very disappointed for all your advertising about a dining experience-not!!

    Wolfgang's Steakhouse in Wailea is a dining experience unmatched on Maui. The dry-aged porterhouse steaks were succulent, the lobster bisque exquisite, the sides cooked to perfection. Eating simply brought a smile our faces. But, the best part of the experience was Aaron, our server. He was welcoming, attentive to our every need, thoroughly explained the menu, described the restaurant's history on Maui (opened in May 2024), and made us feel like 'ohana. Aaron no ka oi! There was another food server who assisted Aaron and he was equally as helpful. We chose to sit outside facing the parking lot. It was a very comfortable setting. I absolutely, 100%, recommend Wolfgang's for a steak and dining experience on Maui. And, ask for Aaron.
