Open table took my reservation however they were closed & would not open until March. We had to eat at the bar Secreto & that was only fair. There was a meager bar menu.

We booked our dinner reservation approximately a month in advance. We received a confirmation of booking and a reservation reminder a couple of days before our booking. We drove just over an hour to celebrate my husband’s birthday only to find that the restaurant was CLOSED. Neither the website nor social media communicates that they are closed for the winter. I showed my reservation reminder email and they said they were “having trouble with Open Table”. We decided to stay and eat at the hotel bar from a limited menu. Being from out of town we felt it was better than doing research on the spot for a nice restaurant to celebrate at. Not the dining experience we wanted at all. And no offer to rectify it from the restaurant staff we spoke with - just a comment about Open Table malfunctioning. Their Instagram is now promoting a Valentine’s dinner, but the woman we spoke with said they will open in March. So beware when booking. I’d hate for you to have the same experience we did. Truly disappointing.

The only reason they are getting 1 star is because you don’t have the ability to rate 0 stars. Reservation made through Open Table, we arrive to be told that the restaurant is closed for the season. After reaching out to the restaurant, they tried to posture and act like there was no way a reservation could have made…until they were confronted with proof that a reservation was made for 12/26 on this very platform. There are plenty of great restaurants in Santa Fe. Be sure to check them all out before even considering Wolf and Roadrunner.

We had our Christmas dinner at the wolf and Roadrunner in the beautiful St Francis Hotel and it was an outstanding culinary experience. It was Prix Fixe and worth the $$$. All 4 courses, from bread to appetizer to main course to dessert, were so incredible. We each got different choices so that we could share tastes and I'd be hard pressed to pick favorites! Every single plate was fantastic. Our waitress was very nice and she gave us just the right amount of quiet attention. The room was lovely, cozy, quiet and relaxing with the big fireplace going. This was the a wonderful end to a perfect Christmas Day.

Excellent, outstanding food and service. If you haven't been here before, it's time for a visit! It will likely be on your "must keeping going" Santa Fe list. Pass the message on to your firends and family.

What a nice surprise! We were a bit skeptical about going there bc we were used to the previous restaurant that moved to a new location, which we absolutely love. But we decided to take a chance and check it out. We’ve been there three times already. The food is exceptional. One of our favorite steaks in town now. It comes with a burning sage on top of an onion ring, on top of two steaks which have a smoky flavor, simple delicious! The potatoes with aioli are to die for. All three times, we were completely satisfied, so we couldn’t have dessert. As appetizer, our favorite is the naan bread with lamb burger, amazing! Service is still lacking, they need more training, but I’m sure they will get there. Lauren, the hostess is wonderful. We will be going back for sure.

Went on a Thursday night place is pretty empty could because it’s new they may have some growing pains. The steaks were excellent. The pork is overcooked, but they don’t allow the pork to be tempered rated confit potatoes were OK preferred mashed not wild about the asparagus.
