We arrived early for our reservation so we enjoyed excellent cocktails in the bar and were seated early. Reservation was for Sunday Afternoon Tea which was excellent with outstanding service. Highly recommend.

The High Tea is really nice. The food is delicious however the tea is not great. The tea pots are too large and don’t keep the tea remotely warm. The tea bags (only one per pot) are too small to create a flowers pot of tea with so much water in the large tea pots. They should use stainless steel pots like in fine hotels. The porcelain pots don’t retain heat. The tea balls used for loose tea leaves are equally way too small to create a decent pot of flavorful tea . The pot sits and sits on the table to let the tea steep and by then, the water is lukewarm warm. If the tea matched the quality of delicate sandwich’s, delicious scones and sweets, they would have a 5 star rating!

Five of us ladies went for Sunday brunch and each of us were happy with our choices and thoroughly enjoyed the endless mimosas!! John was our server and we lucked out there, too. Exceptional service and excellent food. Would definitely go again. In fact, we're going back soon to try happy hour and bar bites..

The chicken ballotine is dry and the sauce is not that great. The Scottish Salmon taste delicious. Raviolo of Butternut was good. Ahi tuna was ok.

A great space, excellent food, a tad clunky service. Perhaps it was just New Year’s Eve . Will definitely come again.

Our family celebrated New Year’s Eve at Willie’s. The menu and price were pre-set for the event. Our service from Michelle was fantastic! Three people selected the NY strip. Unfortunately, the entree’s were smothered in peppercorn sauce and mostly cold and overcooked. Desserts were very underwhelming. Not a good value for the $600+ price that we paid.

It was New Year's Eve, and we were excited to go to an upscale Palm Springs restaurant for supper to celebrate the New Year. Three women were at the front desk talking with a guest. We stood for a few minutes waiting for one of the three to confirm our reservation. Finally one of them turned to us, took our name, confirmed the res., and asked us to wait. Minutes passed. There were no other diners waiting in the entryway. We were finally taken to our two-top, handed the prix-fixe menu and what we were told was the wine list—it was another dinner menu. We asked for the wine list. Our waiter, Luis was friendly, fast, and efficient. The supper cost $98 per person + 20% service fee. We each ordered filet mignon. By coincidence we'd eaten a wonderful filet mignon the previous night at Sammy G's Grill in Palm Springs, but Willie's featured meat dishes, so we thought we were in for a treat. However both of our servings of filet mignon were fatty and much smaller than what we'd been served the previous night. From being seated in the lobby to paying the bill we spent nearly two hours at Willie's. The wait staff appeared over-worked and understaffed, and the entire experience makes me wonder, is Willie's owned by a faceless corporate overlord who sets ceilings on prices the restaurant manager is allowed to pay for staff and meat?
