William’s is a multi-award-winning seafood restaurant, fishmonger, delicatessen and caterer in the heart of Nailsworth, Gloucestershire.

A veritable Cotswolds institution for over forty-five years, William’s has recently benefitted from a full-scale refurbishment of both the restaurant and shop area in January 2020.

Alongside a 64-cover new restaurant sits a new fish counter displaying an outstanding range of fresh seafood, delivered daily from Scotland and the South West coastline. The adjacent delicatessen offers a large selection of chef-prepared meals, cheeses, charcuterie and terrines as well as fresh fruit and vegetables.

We are proud to have been voted one of Matthew Fort’s ‘Five Favourite Places to Shop’ and one of Rick Stein’s ‘Food Heroes’.

Just brilliant from start to finish. Alex and her team are First Class - nothing is too much trouble and Alex will always go out of her way to ensure we not only have great food, but great service too ! We took my father ahead of his 88th birthday and it was superb - delicious food and a lovely touch for him at the end with a tasty slice of cake with a lit candle ( and singing !) Every time we go we think it can’t get even better .. and it does ! Thank you all for making our visit so Special & Memorable xx

Fantastic restaurant. This was our first time and we will be back. Well worth The 30 minute drive. Food was great and matched by the service. Perfect blend of informal yet fancy!! A must for seafood lovers.

We had their lunchtime 2/3 course meal £25/30 very good value a beautifully cooked have never had a meal to complain about and their fish soups are absolutely delicious
