   We were staying at the Grady Hotel attached to the restaurant, so it made perfect sense to choose the Wild Swann as our dining destination. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. The menu was smart; not a lengthy list, but perfectly in line with a restaurant of this size… there was something for everybody, including the two vegetarians in our party of four. Be prepared to be NOT shocked by the pricing; we found it fair and an exceptional value given the surroundings and the level of service. Every member of the staff we encountered was exceptionally polite and attentive, without ever interrupting our experience unnecessarily. We went to a show after dinner here, and as we were staying in the hotel upstairs, returned for a nightcap in the bar area. Again, the service was top-notch! Will definitely return the next time we’re in the beautiful city of Louisville. Thank you Wild Swann and all of the Grady Hotel staff!

   Loved it! The food was delicious, and the drinks were delightful. We ordered the steak frites and waygu bacon BBQ sliders. Finished the dinner off with the cheesecake and a couple of Swann Songs. Nicole, our server... was fantastic. She was helpful, timely, and courteous.

   Great experience, Valentine’s Day celebration food and restaurant was good. Will come back again to eat the food and order more drinks.

   Beautiful and cozy, but the food was just okay for price and flavor. For example, the dates were tiny, five for $16 and the blue cheese was too overpowering. The flavor was not a good Combination (with peppered bacon) for this classic and unique appetizer.

   A hidden gem in the Grady hotel. A classy little place with delicious food and a fun quiet atmosphere. The beet salad was large enough for two. The curry cauliflower soup was so unique and served hot and quickly. The Moroccan pork was very generous and so perfectly done. A great experience.

   Great vibe! I had one of the best old fashioned cocktails ever! Charcuterie was excellent! Flatbread was fine. Overall, a great place!

   The ambiance of this place is fantastic, quiet and cozy. Really nice bar. Would be a great spot for a date...but...the service and food were mediocre. Our server would not banter with us, she would barely talk to us. She made us feel like we were somehow messing up her night by being there. The food was good but not great. I had the beet salad and it was tomato-heavy and beet-light. The mahi mahi was not good, but the succotash it was served with was. The bacon wrapped dates were very good. The drinks were good. Everything about this place should be elevated, based on the space itself. It cost as much as Seviche, Jack Frys, MeeshMeesh, Perso, etc. but the overall experience is not close to them.

   Consistently good food. The menu is limited but diverse. Service is great- efficient but never rushed. Our go to place before events at the Kentucky Center
