Opened in 2006, the first thing you'll experience at Wild Sage American Bistro is the rich earth tones and classic architectural details that make our bistro both relaxing and refined. Walls of windows saturate our interior space with abundant natural light during the day and provide an intimate atmosphere at night. You'll find our three dining areas allow for conversations to flow comfortably yet privately for a wonderful dining experience.
We have designed a menu that allows us to be creative on a daily basis, and work within the limits of what is in season and available. We are always looking for unique ingredients to highlight. Local beef, regional fresh fish, local gardens, heirloom vegetables fruits and tomatoes. We describe our style as “Regionally Sourced Northwest Cuisine”. It just makes sense using local ingredients at the peak of their quality and freshness.

I absolutely love this place. Best chicken I have ever had! Please never change it. We always celebrate our anniversary here. The loss of stars is due to the temperature. There was a very strong freezing cold draft coming from the wall in the upstairs seating. The restroom was also very cold.

The ambiance was warm and had a fairly laid back yet energetic environment. Popovers were cooked well however could have used a slightly more breading inside, and the taquitos was interesting which worked with the cheddar and potato combination. The entree was awful, the lamb had no mallard reaction and one was still raw in areas. The cream sauce did not match well with the lamb and pulled in some not so great flavors. Staff was extremely nice, and tried to correct the issues.

Our server, Brianna, brought the entire exquisite experience together for us. She was as lovely and spritely as the complex flavors of each dish and every sauce. One of your chefs came to our table so we were able to gush to him and express our gratitude. We thank you for another memorable evening and are looking forward to our next!

Our server did not make our special occasion feel special. I was almost rude and over fake. We have had this server before so It wasn't a one time deal. I understand everyone has their bad days, but unfortunately this a repeat attitude. If we go back, I would request another server.

Great harvest salad and amazing Brussel sprouts. Love the popovers. The lamb chops were gamey and cooked medium instead of medium rare. The beans and kale and veggies that came with the chops were delish. Great service.
