    Took over an hour to get the food. Server either forgot about us or knew it was taking excessively long and was avoiding our table. She took our order about 30 minutes after we sat, and came back another 15 minutes later because she forgot which order was ours. Finally got our food and there were no drinks. Asked if we wanted sauces and we never got those either until the manager finally stepped in to get us drinks.

    Had a fun time on Valentine's Day at White Castle. The staff was amazing, very well done. Never knew that White Castle is doing this event for the past 20 years. It was a fun time for all!

    My wife and I do this every year if you go in with the idea that is something cute to do maybe bring yourself a bottle of wine non-alcoholic and just enjoy it for what it is. It’s a wonderful time.

    We loved it here! The staff while slightly overwhelmed by a FULL HOUSE of customers were wonderful! The decorations were very tasteful and sweet! It’s Whitecastle so if you love you love it, if you don’t already, give it a chance! My wife did and now she is a convert! The ONLY downside was that despite the fact I had a confirmation, the restaurant did not have us listed! We were not the only ones…that said, they found us a table and we enjoyed our evening! We will be back!!

    It was Valentine’s Day! We have been doing this for over 10 years! Our kids love the tradition! The server were great! They seemed a little overwhelmed but they were great!

    What a special dinner. We enjoyed our night and it was certainly different than we have done in the past for Valentine’s Day. Food was as expected and service was fine

    It was my 1st time spending Valentines Day at White Castle.. Who would have thought.. !!! Very nice atmosphere and Very Friendly people... Hats off to White Castle for coming up with the idea... What you crave !!!
