   Poor experience seated in the cold with bad customer service and an overpriced course meal that wasn’t too tasty. Last time I will book here especially for a holiday course. I could’ve went to Outback for a better experience and price.

   Sat outside with no heaters, service was awful took forever to get anything, food was sub par and overpriced

   Desearía saber bien que incluía el día de san Valentín en realidad , tenía un precio en la página pero ala hora de pagar pagué como 60 dólares más so , pero es bueno el gusto y 40 dólares una propina mínima bro Uff

   Service was horrible. Second course came before first course. Waiter was very inexperienced. Patio was very cold with not enough heaters. Will never go back. Very sad because food was actually good. For $75 per person I expect good service as well.

   HORRIBLE SERVICE. But there was one young lady, I didn’t get her name she was great. Very hands on, she picked up where my server was lacking. She made the night. My serve told me they didn’t have no open table in the inside. But then this white couple that came in behind me asked him for an inside table and he gave them a table. So I asked for my bill and left. But the food was great. I tip my hat to the chef

   The restaurant looked nice from the outside, but inside was a different story. The dining space is definitely in need of a major update. It was ugly! The only redeeming quality was the view of the harbor. The tables and chairs looked like they came from a diner or conference room. The wine came in a spotty glass. The margarita tasted like it was made from pre-mixed mixture. We had the wedge salad and calamari for our first course. The calamari was the best and the only tasty plate. For the second course we had cod and New York strip. The cod was a BIG disappointment! It was so dry and not flavorful. The strip was edible. The third course was chocolate lava cake and crème brûlée. It was okay. Considering we paid $75 / person, it was a huge fail. We will definitely not be going back there.

   The restaurant was super understaffed when we arrived at the New Year Eve night. We waited over 5 mins and finally can talk to the hostess. We sit down and table was not cleaned and still messy. We waited almost 10 mins before someone came to clean it up for us. We only saw one waitress trying to order food and take care of customers at the patio area. The waitress is very nice and friendly though. The special 3 course food for New Year Eve is fantastic! I hope next time when we decide to go to the restaurant again they can have enough working staffs there.

    Waited at the host stand with no one there. Sat on bar stools for a prefix New Year’s Eve dinner. Not what I expected.
