   My food wasn’t cooked - sent it back - chicken was pink in the middle- By the time they brought it back to me. everyone else was done with their brunch. The manager didn’t even apologize or comp an appetizer or anything. That to me is poor customer service. This is my 2nd time there - first time was poor service/ waitress . And food was way over priced. I tried to like it because it’s local for us but, I don’t get a good feel for this place- I will not be back.

   Hi Dawn, thanks for taking the time to write a review. For that dish, we use chicken thighs, not breast.. so it WAS a different color, however, it was not undercooked or "pink" as you mentioned. Every piece of fried chicken is temp checked before sending out of the kitchen. We couldn't possibly send it back out to you with a soggy waffle however, so I remade that for you as well, which is what caused the delay... there's only so fast you can cook anything, and your meal was highest priority!    Carly was awesome. My bff and I had the best meal. We shared a crab cake, delicious! I ordered the pork Milanese which was amazing. Betsy ordered the swordfish, she couldn’t finish it. I was disappointed in the Rosemary fries. Maybe I should have ordered them crispy, lesson learned for next time. And there will be a next time!

   Great service. Mediocre food. Glad I had cash and didn’t have to pay the over $10 credit card fee that would’ve been added to my bill.

   Food is always amazing, staff is extreamy friendly and helpful. My meals are always on point. Happy hour near the fireplace with a great group of friends is the best. Our server was Angel. She is amazing 😊

   I’ve been here several times and the story is the same. Food is very good but be prepared for slower service. Hopefully, in time they will work out the issues and servers become better trained and more efficient. Despite the service being mediocre it is still a good experience. The prices are reasonable and there is a good wine list available. We’ll go again.

   Went for New Year’s Eve, and had mixed experience. We were seated right away at our reservation time, but them not waited in for 15-20 minutes. When several finally arrived, she apologized and said she did not get our ticket right away. She served us quickly with our drinks and the getting our order. Next issue was the entree for one of our party. The order was a filet mignon cooked medium, and it came out closer to rare. They took it back and another was brought back and it was worse, basically raw in the middle. They offered to do another one, but our party member was turned off and refused. Other entrees were good. Server was apologetic, but did mention that they had multiple issues with improperly cooked steaks all evening. I think they should have made up for this by comping at least our drinks or appetizers, but only took off the bad entree.

   Thank you for your feedback. I will speak to the server about her timeliness. I actually came to your table to deliver the filet and recall the guest not liking the filet's temperature a second time. I then offered to replace it or to have a different entree. The guest then told me she was turned off and didnt want anything else. I believe I expressed that I did not want her to leave hungry and apologized for the preparation not to her liking. She then noted she already had meatballs and carrots and she didnt want anything else. I offered for her to take home a dessert as well which she declined. I then took the filet off of the check. In this situation we would not offer to comp other food that guests are enjoying. I am very sorry your experience did not meet your expectations
