   Awful. Bad food and worse service. This is absolutely the last time I’ll eat at this place. Waitress brought the appetizer, salads and main course all at the same time. Waitress got my order wrong and it was still messed up when she finally served me 30 minutes later. They brought my baked potato without butter or sour cream and no main course. The waitress finally brought my chicken but forgot the gravy. The potato was cold. No one was apologetic for the continued screw up. I will not be back. Merry Christmas !!!!!!

   I really want to love this place, decor is gorgeous, some of the staff is top notch (mostly the bussers) but half of the servers stand around watching TV or chitchatting while customers wait for basics like water or bread. Long wait for even a greeting, our server Jon apologized but was just inattentive most of our visit. Delivered undercooked bread, left water glasses (my only beverage order) empty, dirty glasses for my daughter's lemonade, no straw, no condiments, side salad was 2/3 shredded cheese 1/3 wilted lettuce. Burgers were good.

   Been here before. But, this time, the waiter was inexperienced had trouble opening up the wine bottle, other than that he was very attentive. Ordered 12oz ribeye & it was not as tender as in the past. Flavor was good, just a little tough. Not a terrible experience, but not as good as before.

   The staff was friendly. Our server was very kind and efficient. The food was remarkable. They treated us very well for my boyfriend’s birthday. It was his first time there and he loved it.

   Service was slow, part of my food was cold, my brother’s steak came out raw when he asked for medium. And it was my dad’s birthday and they didn’t recognize that or offer any sort of dessert.

   Other than the waiter spilling some vey expensive Rosé on the table and overflowing the glasses of water the Overall experience was very good

    Staks were great. Veggies were frozen no flavor. Service was fantastic. Having reservations got us seated right away.
