West Side Ramen has been able to strike the perfect balance of a cozy, laid back ambience with an upscale experience - the staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is incredibly flavorful, well presented, fresh, and fast! A top spot in downtown Libertyville by far

Overall a good meal with a few small issues. The good: Pork ramen was amazing. Burger was very good. Fries tasted good. The not so good: Fries were lukewarm at best. Seat by window was drafty and cold. We had to wait a long time to place order, though service was good otherwise. I’d definitely go back but just not by the windows.

Delicious! I had been trying to get in to try the ramen for some time. It did not disappoint! Our table of four has three different varieties and they were all fantastic! I will be back

Food was very good! Wine pour for $16 was a terrible value. Didn’t order second glass for that reason.

Our first time here. We ordered the fried avocado as an appetizer. The slaw on top with miso ginger dressing made it. Two of us ordered the chicken shotyu ramen and the other, the chicken katsu ramen. Generous portions. One ordered the old fashioned- extremely overpriced. Overall, the service was okay and the ambiance isn’t as warm as the previous decor when it was the Greek cuisine. Same owners, different cuisine.

Very reasonably priced for the quality of food. The menu offers just enough varied choices without being too large and overwhelming. This was our first visit…we will definitely dine here again.
