   Service was great, food was lovely and hot. We didn't wait to long for our food. Restaurant was lovely and cosy. Staff were excellent especially Holly our waitress. The only thing that annoyed me was people vaping in the Restaurant.

   Good food and the staff are friendly and attentive. Last few times I’ve been food out quickly too. Overall good value

   Simple…. WOW!!!!! 18th birthday celebration and a small crowd of us and no one could complain. It was amazing

   My husband and I have visited West Ivy on numerous occasions in the past. Unfortunately on this visit the food was just not up to the usual standard. We ordered 2 small plates along with salt and pepper fries and onion rings. The 2 small plates were lukewarm. As though they had been plated up too early. The fries and onion rings were fresh and piping hot.

   Food was terrible but the staff really do make the place and did knock the meal off the bill which Is good but unfortunately won’t return due to the food being so poor

   Went for the afternoon tea today and was so surprised at how nice everything was and the size of each things, as often find some things on afternoon small or not as flavoursome. That certainly wasn’t the case today as myself and my friend loved everything. The non alcoholic cocktails were lovely too. Will definitely be back :)

    Good food, good service, will go again. Was a little noisy but apart from that was good. Need a better selection of soft drinks but were able to do lovely mocktails when we asked.
