This restaurant is so cute. We were so excited to eat here. However, the music was so loud, the chatter of people talking filled the room where some of us at our table couldn’t hear each other. The restaurant was accommodating when it came to the music. The server was nice however, she never wrote down anything we were ordering. I asked a a drink two times and I never ended up getting it. We asked for a salad on the side and got potatoes. My MIL ordered a pita wrap and ended up getting a rice bowl. The server was just not good and when confronted about the mix up she started arguing with us. Very poor service and food was alright. Not sure how this got a good rating above 3 stars…

This place is really loud. When they re-did if after it was the Grasshopper, too bad they didn’t add any insulation. We’ve had hit and miss experience here, so we thought we’d try again with an early 5pm reservation. When the hostess was about to seat us between two empty tables, (2 of us) I asked if we could be seated one table over next to the window. She dismissed me saying ‘we have so many reservations….’ So, guessing the answer was no, we sat down. Again, we were there and no one else was. I’ve worked in restaurants for many years. It could have been done! Food was a 6-7. We’re locals and want to support local places- but Waverly continues to disappoint. All said, though, Anthony, our waiter, was terrific!!

The food was delicious I had the eggs Benny with Avocado they have the best hollandaise sauce. Our waitress was amazing Love this places atmosphere too!

The food here is so amazing, my husband and I absolutely love it!!! We love going on a Friday night when the restaurant is loud and busy, it makes for a fun atmosphere. The service was a bit slow but everything else makes up for it!

Reservations!! Food 10, service 10, biscuits 8, egg sandwich 8, pastrami hash 10, special quiche a 10+, noise level was very loud but could still have a conversation 7, Bloody Mary 10, cold brew coffee was 8, parking was challenging but 2hr parking was just two blocks away. Overall, I can’t wait to go back and try something else!!
