   This is a top level dining experience, from the moment you enter, you will be greeted by a Pacific Northwest cozy environment and there are seating for groups to cozy corners for two! If you’re lucky enough to get Christopher, he will make sure to guide you through the menu to match your appetite and experience. He was attentive when needed to answer questions about food and wine, but gave us our time to enjoy each course. My husband raved about his selection of oysters and the Black Cod was amazing for me! Take your time in this place because you also have to have coffee and dessert!

   We visited Water Grill in Bellevue for a birthday lunch and had a great experience. The restaurant has a cozy yet upscale atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion or a leisurely meal. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, setting a friendly and inviting tone. Our server, Kevin, was excellent—helpful, courteous, and genuinely kind. He made sure we had everything we needed and enhanced our dining experience with his attentive service. The rest of the staff was equally friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were solid, living up to Water Grill’s reputation for quality seafood. Overall, it was a wonderful lunch with great service, good food, and a welcoming ambiance. We’d definitely return!

   Our server, Dave was excellent. Our dinner was great. We had an anniversary early dinner. We had oyster rockefeller and some raw oysters for starters. The seabass and black cod with pork belly was delicious. And of course prosecco to pair for dinner. Desert was bread pudding with caramel icecream. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   This is the best seafood restaurant now in the Seattle area. And I live in downtown Seattle! I will not extol its virtues. But I do note that it has a 2-page section of the menu featuring only fresh fish and shellfish by themselves, and another 2-page section featuring various dishes. A couple from Japan even ordered steak there, and seem to be well-pleased. My concern is that the patronage at lunch is low. Give up on those imitators and go for the good one!

   Very, very impressed first timers. Booked it on OpenTable and mentioned it’s our 20th wedding anniversary. They called in advance to confirm the reservation and asked about allergies and any special requests. Food is excellent. The best seafood we have had in the PNW. We had some amazing raw oysters, king crab legs and Waygu steak. Service was off the charts. Garron is a true professional!!! Can’t wait to go back.
