Warren is a study in warm, dark wood paired with evergreen velvet banquettes. It will accommodate 150 people inside and 50 outside, including seats on a turfed, shaded patio just off an indoor-outdoor bar.

The menu is “American bistro with a world flair,” under the direction of Chef Jen Knox, will pull from her vast experiences with the Ritz Carlton, Wynne Las Vegas and Countless other experiences in Chicago and more. There will be brunch and, sometimes, a DJ. Warren - Delray will serve as a stage for a passion that rivals Jeff’s love of music — a devotion to top-shelf whiskey.

    The food was too overpriced the ambiance was terrible the restaurant is not layed out correctly. The food was average but cooked right at least. Usually going out for a steak dinner should not feel like going to a chain restaurant like Texas Roadhouse.

    I love the bar! Has a good vibe usually! Ambiance is fun and more sophisticated than most restaurants in this area. Love sitting outside for dinner, it’s more quiet than the inside dining room.

    We had the best experience at dinner at Warren!!!! Our server Joyce was amazing! Not only was she kind and sweet, but she was so knowledgeable about every bourbon and every entrée! Our food was amazing and the ambience was vibrant. Can’t wait to go again and we will for sure request Joyce!!!!!!

    Food was absolutely wonderful. We had the deviled eggs, mussels, and the calamari. My husband enjoyed the whiskey flights and I enjoyed the music. Service was excellent

    I was abalone diner. I was treated so graciously and very welcomed the food was fabulous as was the service. The decor is beautiful. I was never here before but look forward to my return

    Uncooked French fries. Raw steak. Mushy fried Korean chicken. Excellent service. Very expensive $$$$. A 12 ounce NY STRIP$85, that is more than any of the terrific steak houses.
