   While sitting here, I completely forgot about the outside world. It was just my hand roll in front of me, the soft Japanese music in the background, and that serene atmosphere. A true escape

   Sitting at Wabi Nori, I suddenly felt like I’d been transported to a Tokyo night market. The salmon roll was so fresh I could almost smell the ocean. Maybe it was just my imagination… but the flavor was real.
