The other day we went to Wabi Nori, and the chef recommended something called the ‘Hidden Hero Roll.’ It really lived up to its name: it contained avocado, crab, and pickled peppers. At first, we were like, ‘Really? That’s random,’ but once we tasted it, we couldn’t help but say, ‘Wow, that’s actually great!’ The waitstaff is so friendly that if you crack a joke, the whole place lights up. At one point, they even laughed at me trying to blow bubbles with my chopsticks. Prices are pretty standard for New York; the only ridiculous thing was my chopstick skills

I used to know my friend as 'the guy who hates sushi,' but after trying the California Roll at Wabi Nori, he completely changed his mind! Something happened—his eyes were practically shooting out hearts while he ate. The place itself is nice; nothing too flashy, but clean and airy. So we got sushi, a bright space, and my friend’s sushi-acceptance story—a perfect evening

We went to Wabi Nori for a company dinner. Our boss started off with, ‘What is this sushi thing anyway?’ and after the miso soup, he fell in love with the California Roll. Fresh fish, friendly service—poof, the stress of our meeting was gone. The boss became a sushi addict and now wants to hold all business meetings here

Our server Hannah was terrific. But the place and food did not live up to the hype. There are better hand roll bars in NYC. Also, the time it took from when we ordered to receive our food was extraordinarily long. Place is fine. Just was hoping and expecting more based on what we had read.

Recently, while exploring near Times Square, we stumbled upon Wabi Nori, and it was such a pleasant surprise! We ordered the Gyoza and the Rainbow Roll—both were absolutely delicious. Thanks for the quick and friendly service

I’ve tried many sushi spots in New York, but Wabi Nori truly won me over. The moment you step in, you’re greeted by a spacious and modern ambiance. The menu is incredibly diverse, ranging from classic rolls to unique flavors in their specialty rolls. I highly recommend the Truffle Avocado Roll and the Soft Shell Crab Hand Roll. Don’t forget to grab a Miso Soup on the side—it’s super fresh and perfectly balanced. The staff is very professional and friendly, answering all my questions in detail. The prices might be a bit high, but it’s not easy to find this level of quality in New York. I will definitely be back

Last weekend, I visited Wabi Nori with my sister. It was great to escape Midtown’s hustle and enjoy a meal in a calm setting. My favorite was the Seared Salmon Roll, while my sister tried the Boston Hand Roll and really liked it. From the Appetizers section, we had Edamame, which was warm and just right. The staff is courteous, and the service is prompt. Prices are slightly above average, but well worth it

My friends and I took a break at Wabi Nori after a long walk in Central Park. I definitely recommend the Spicy Crunchy Tuna Roll from their Signature Rolls—it was presented beautifully, and the service was quick.

During a business trip, I was staying near Midtown and tried Wabi Nori for dinner. The Sushi & Sashimi Combo on the menu was a feast. I was genuinely surprised by the freshness of the fish, and the presentation was very elegant. The staff was attentive, offering plenty of suggestions. The atmosphere is calm and modern. Prices are standard for New York, in my opinion

I went to Wabi Nori with some friends last week, and we absolutely loved it! Both the décor and the service were top-notch. The Spicy Crunchy Tuna Roll was our favorite—you could really taste the freshness. I’ll definitely be back.
