High potential but a big miss. Seems poorly managed. Grossly understaffed. Extremely long wait time to be seated, to receive service, to receive drink and app orders. Served cold Mac n cheese. Please put that on the menu. No one in their right mind would order this knowing it is served cold. They literally had solidified grease on the Mac n cheese shooters. This is a small venue. Totally unnecessary to have the musician mic’d with multiple speakers. Made it impossible to have a conversation. Party of 6. All the drinks except Chai of Mine were terrible. Never cleared dirty service ware from the table. I could go on and on. It feels like a Saturday night should have been a little more seamless. From the staff to the guests, nobody was having an unforgettable experience.

It was NYE so it was very busy but the service was extremely slow. It took 40 mins before we got our first drink. Beautiful place. The meatballs were delicious. They needed at least one more server and one more bartender.

We love the venue, and the drinks and service are always outstanding. My only issue is that, no matter the season, the place is so cold! A comfortable climate would be more welcoming.

Fun after dinner nightcap! Darren Dowler was the entertainment and he was awesome! The Prescription Sour and the Sweet Chai of Mine were great.

We went for a mixed drink class, was so well organized and entertaining. The bartender was very knowledgeable and interactive. Great experience.

Nice place for an evening of live music. My friends and I had an enjoy time. Better food items are a must. Not good options if you’re hungry and/or a vegetarian, pescatarian or vegan. The bar was out of 3 liquors, by the 4 the choice, we were finally accommodated. I will give the place another chance; hopefully, there will be a saxophonist performing and more menu items to select from.
