    Experience was sadly disappointing. Started off ordering a cocktail which tasted very watered down. Our wedge salad was drenched in dressing which may be for some people but neither me or my husband could eat much of it. You could not taste the freshness of the ingredients that you expect from a high end restaurant such as this because it was drowning in dressing. I ordered the salmon while my husband ordered a beef tenderloin pasta special, both were very mediocre and nothing memorable. The star of the meal was the dessert, which we ordered the special carrot cake that was being offered. It was very moist, and delicious. Overall, not a great experience out for the $240 price tag.

    Incredible food. I had the Bolognese and Caesar salad. All of the staff were friendly and we got seated quicky with a reservation. For two ppl with wine, meals, and a salad spent about $150 including the tip. Will def go back again.

    We celebrated our anniversary here while visiting Louisville. The atmosphere was romantic and quiet. They had live music and all the staff were wonderful and very welcoming. The food was excellent! We will definitely visit again when we are back in town. Thank you to the staff at Volare for a wonderful anniversary dinner and experience ❤️
