Vista Steak and Seafood is located on the bluffs in Pismo Beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Featuring all natural hormone free steaks and fresh seafood, this coastal dining one of a kind restaurant has something that will sure to please everyone.

Reservations are highly recommended. We gladly accept reservations for parties of 6 or less via Open Table. Please call the restaurant directly for parties of 7 or more ~ 805-556-9000.

We will do our best to accommodate seating requests however we can not guarantee a specific table. Vista has no outdoor seating so please leave your fur babies at home.

Our reservation was the middle of the afternoon, when we thought it might be quiet. Not today though - place was 75% full and loud. With hard floors and ceiling, nothing to deaden the sound and the rather-too-loud canned music. Food - as it always has been here - was very good. Pleasant servers, but very slow - perhaps they also thought it would be quiet and didn't have enough staff for the crowd. Recommended but I can't tell you the best time. And don't count on having a conversation with anyone at the table with any hearing impairment at all.

Excellent service. Adequate food selection. Too many tables so crowded. Excellent bartender Taylor. A large eating area that needs to be broken up somehow. Ribs good but a tad fatty and needed to be seared. However great price as I got 2 meals out of a half rack. Upscale for Pismo Beach. Great ocean view if that's what you're looking for. Will I return? Maybe.

Our service was great, our meals were tasty. Seating took us to a strange overflow banquet room which did not meet the vision of dining at an oceanfront restaurant. We made a reservation well in advance.

considering it being xmas and open for about the entiree day, and seeving from the entire menu, plus specials, it wasn really enjoyable. ontime with our reservations, a perfct window table for 2 Avery was a great server, had everything covered very nicely. food was prepared just like normal, tatys and hot, no rushing or anything off at all. give you credit for such a dinner during a holiday. thank you we'll see you soon and rememebring the holidays are greart.

Wonderful as always and fabulous to be able to spend Christmas Eve at Vista. The prime rib was delicious and my husband loved the shrimp and crab pasta . Our friend thought the halibut was the best he has ever had . I agree with both of them since those are also two of my favorites. The sunset over the sea with Vistas outdoor Christmas tree acting as a wee beacon of Christmas hope was truly memory making.
