Después de toda una vida de disfrutar de la cultura de Baja y de las vacaciones familiares, Ray y Patty comenzaron un nuevo proyecto que ahora continúa desarrollándose. Ha sido una labor de amor y esperamos ver que continúe madurando. Nuestro objetivo es hacer un vino delicioso y poder proporcionar una experiencia mexicana fresca para nuestros amigos, familiares y caras nuevas. Además, queremos lograr una agricultura sostenible respetando el medio ambiente tanto como sea posible. Hemos establecido buenas técnicas en todas las prácticas comerciales, como la construcción, el cultivo de la uva y la elaboración del vino.

Armando saved the day! We came in a bit late so the servers were in a rush and didn't have a lot of time to provide background info on the wines or winery. But as we were closing out Armando went above and beyond to share the history of the winery, wines as we well as the overall Valle de Guadalupe area. Much props to Armando, because of him we will likely return. We did enjoy the wine as well as the food but the personal touch really set it apart. Thanks!

Lechuza Winery in Valle de Guadalupe is consistently the highlight of my trip! The setting is absolutely stunning and the wines are a true reflection of the region's unique flavors. Kris, the owner, and our wonderful server Armando made us feel incredibly welcome. The small outdoor kitchen served delicious dishes that paired beautifully with our tastings. The winery’s adorable rescue dogs added a fun and playful touch to our visit. I can't recommend Lechuza enough—it's a must-visit for anyone in the area!

We loved this place! Our sommelier/server was amazing - knowledgeable and adorable. We had a delightful conversation with the owner Kristen. Enjoyed a bottle of Chardonnay and nebiollo both were excellent. We will be back!

Los quesos traían un cabello y en lugar de aceptar que fue descuido por higiene y calidad , llego una señorita y de una manera muy falsa nos argumentó que el pelo era de la vaca, que por qué los quesos son artesanales ….. y ? Claramente se veía un cabello muy lejano a ser de vaca que por artesanal , argumentando que estaban pasteurízaldos esos si! Preferible que digan fue un error en nuestra higiene y calidad a que te avienten un rollo con cero credibilidad y veracidad.
