VIN48 offers an ever-changing rustic American menu to satisfy discriminating palates with small and large plates featuring local organic ingredients.

Chef McCaw's food is complemented by our eclectic, carefully chosen wine list. An Enomatic preservation system allows us to present over 40 wines by the glass and half glass. We also serve hand-crafted cocktails and beer from our full bar.

    Join us inside our luxurious, heated, yurts for a private dining experience. We feature our ever changing, delicious five-course tasting menu for $135 per person. We have a $500 food and beverage minimum before tax and 20% gratuity is applied. Please call the restaurant after booking to confirm details. 970-748-9463. The "set price per guest" of $50 above is a DEPOSIT ONLY, we do have a strict 72-hour cancelation policy. The deposit will offset the $135 per person cost at the restaurant.

        Overall food & service was great. We liked the menu as good selection of appetizers & entrees along with small plate offerings. We ordered several items to share & waitress did a great job of staging. Only small comment was we did not get clean plates with each service. Good ambience & noise level.

        We come here on our annual ski trip and this place never disappoints. Everything we ordered was delicious. The only criticism I have is the interior of the restaurant. Tables seem awkwardly placed and it feels cold and uninteresting. I love booth seating and feel the interior could use some help. But the food is absolutely delicious. Oh the other thing is there weren’t many options for dessert that were gluten free, which I feel could be accommodated so easily. Will def be back.

        The menu was diverse and interesting, which appeals to us. The actual food, however, was very underwhelming. The flavors just didn’t come together and were not special.

        Great service. Enjoyed the meatballs and shrimp pasta as well as curry cauliflower. Salmon good but not quite as good as other dishes. Carrot cake great

        Low key. Able to have conversation and delicious meal with good wine. We enjoyed Brussel sprouts, chicken Marsala and New York Strip plus a nice Zinfandel, Cab Franc and red velvet dessert which was better than expected! Sarah was an awesome server. We will be back!
