   My wife and I have been to Villa Lulu mulltiple times to attend shows at the Shubert. We have never been disappointed. The food, in our view, has always been excellent. My wife had the Chicken Picata and I had the Branzino this last visit on 3/22. Two nice glasses of wine with dinner. Our server, Samatha was attentive and friendly. All the staff we encounted were excellent.

   Our first experience was the hostess, she was lovely and accommodating. Our waiter was so helpful and pleasant. Our dinner was so delicious. We enjoyed our entire experience. We hope to visit again soon!

   As always the food was excellent and the selection varied. Service was very good, wait staff professional and efficient. Ambience was quiet and well lit. A very good experience overall.

    I called in advance to confirm we could order the prix fixe menu, but when we arrived the server told us it was unavailable. My fungi pappardelle was very good, though my date's steak was pretty significantly undercooked. The server very graciously took it off the check. Overall a positive experience, and I am interested in coming back to try the dessert cocktails (espresso martini affogato???).
