We have been here often and really enjoy the food service and atmosphere. Everyone is attentive and professional. The pasta with lamb was the best I have had abd not too big a portion. House wine was good value. We will return!

Always a special treat to be here at Villa Bianca, because the long standing staff are so elegant and charming in their presentation, service and attitude. Delicious food, linen Cloths, relaxed ambiance. Old school italian gem

The restaurant was exceptionally cold and toilets were practically arctic. We booked the restaurant to take my brother and sister-in-law out for their Ruby wedding, which was mentioned at the time of the booking. There was no mention of that at all on our visit. The service looked like it was going to be fabulous when we got there as lots of staff swarmed around us, but it wasn’t. They forgot my brother in laws drink. We had to ask 3 times. I asked for all the sauces on the side, but they never came at all. The restaurant was very busy and exceptionally loud, so talking was a quite hard, but mostly it was freezing cold in there. The food was delicious when it came, but for the price, I would have expected much better service.

This iss such a reliable, high quality Italian restaurant in Hampstead. Reassuringly, the Maitre d' has been warmly welcoming me, my friends, and family for as long as I can remember. It's the perfect place to catch up with old friends for a leisurely gossip or to have a working lunch with colleagues or clients. At the weekends the first floor has a resident pianist to entertain at evening dinner.

The white wine came at room temperature so i had to request ice cubes. The manager was angry with us and tried to blame us when they got the order for the starter wrong. Not friendly at all.. in fact he was quite hostile towards us. He started clearing our plates before he even asked if we had finished! Not the usual kind of service we got from villa Bianca.
