Our renowned Victorian tradition of “Afternoon Tea” under the historic banyan tree invites guests to indulge in a variety of tropical tea blends accompanied by a selection of delicious finger sandwiches, scones and delicate pastries.

Please Note we are a cashless restaurant. We only accept credit cards or room charges as form of payment.
We kindly ask to refrain from balloon decorations to ensure the views for others are respected. Guests are welcome to bring their own cake/dessert for an additional fee of $7 per person.

                                                                What an absolute delight, our table was the best being right on the ocean side of the verandah and the quality of the food and were outstanding and throw in the exquisite tea selection a pure delight

                                                                High Tea on the veranda never disappoints, the treats and sandwiches were first class. The chef even made special items for my wife who is gluten free. She was so grateful. Ryan our server was the best. He was attentive, friendly, positive, and went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable experience for our anniversary. We will be back again for sure.

                                                                I had Carlo as my server and it was also my birthday. He went above and beyond with his service and was so kind and friendly. It was an amazing experience with such a beautiful view. Even the greeting staff were so kind.

                                                                Moana Surfrider hotel is a beautiful and historic setting for afternoon tea. I have been to dozens of hotels that have an afternoon tea but this was by far the best overall. Service was excellent, tea, sandwiches and sweets were perfection. Attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere/.

                                                                We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea. Food and service was excellent and the setting on the veranda was beautiful. This was our second afternoon tea at this location and both were outstanding. Both times the service was wonderful. We highly recommend!
