The food was very good and we enjoyed everything. One of the entrees was on the small side the halibut.

The food was delicious, the service/staff were extremely friendly. The menu was inventive and the restaurant was beautiful. This was my first time going to this restaurant but it will not be my last.

The food was delicious. Initially I wasn’t happy because the table where they sat us was right next to the kitchen and the silverware area and the waitstaff was constantly walking behind me and bumped into me by accident a couple of times. I asked to change tables and it looked as if it wasn’t going to happen, but then a reservation was cancelled and they sat us at a better table. After that, it was fine.

This was a really good find. Near the Jacob burns theater. Jose the waiter was amazing. And the food was clean and yummy.

Verla continues to be a great place to dine. There is literally something for everyone! All dishes are prepared with care and attention to detail. The chef is inventive and accessible, happily swapping a veg side for something else. You can’t go wrong at Vela. Great job, Michael!

Food was excellent, we both had fish and the Tuna Tar tar appetizer. Service also excellent, fair value. It was a little quiet for a Thursday night but then again it was pouring outside. Definitely Recommend.

The waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was very good. We had the lemon whipped burrata crostini topped with fig jam & the Calamari which was very tender and delicious. Our main course the braised short ribs also cooked perfectly and delicious. We ended our meal with an espresso crème brûlée & a vanilla ice cream, cuppachino & a macchiato. We also had 2 Roman holiday cocktails. It was a an enjoyable dinner and I recommend trying it.
