   I booked a table of six, mentioning a comfortable table. We arrived in two groups. Our friends arrived 10 minutes early. We arrived on time. I mentioned my name and saw my name on the reservation list. And then we saw our friends at a table in the middle. I asked the person whether that is the table we reserved, as it was in an awkward position next to the serving station and stairs. The person said that our friends preferred that table. After we left the restaurant, my friend told me that the service person couldn't find my name among the reserved tables. They showed a table next to toilets, or the one we seated. Almost all tables next to the windows were empty. Not a pleasing experience. I don't get good vibes here. We came here a few times, and each time I am disappointed with the atmosphere. Vapiano was a fixture for us abroad. We liked the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff there. But not here.

   We needed somewhere local after a long flight, and this seemed to fit the bill. But the food was very disappointing.

   Celebrated my 29th birthday at Vapiano Flinders Lane with their bottomless brunch option which is extremely good value for money. Food was delicious as always and all my friends had an amazing experience. Have been coming here for nearly 10 years, has always been incredible.

   Food was nice, service was fine, but room was uncomfortably cold. Table decorations are fixed and form a silly barrier between the two sides of the table.

   Our dining experience at Vapiano’s Flinders was a poor experience. We dined on a Monday evening with a group of 9 people. When seated we scanned our provided QR codes, ordered and paid. While half of the groups meals arrived on time, the other half of the meals were extremely late. When notifying staff we were missing 5 meals at 40 minutes past ordering, 3 meals came out with 2 of them wrong… ordered pomodoro risotto, recieved the pomodoro spaghetti, gamberi e spinach, no spinach…. We then received the last two meals after an hour had past!! How can a rocket salad take that long to prepare.. Food was bland and not really worth the wait! Unfortunate experience

   Always enjoy coming to vapiano … we sat on the balcony which was great! But the music is always a bit loud you can’t have a conversation when indoors….. it’ll be great to turn down the music at certain times of the day 🌺

    Having tea coffee on the menu would be great. The music is a bit loud but overall wonderful experience.
