   We had a lovely experience for a 65th birthday celebration. Everything was perfect on par and the service was wonderful despite being a very busy place my mother and grandmother used to cater Italian food and it is so authentic. It takes me right back to those great memories We highly recommend the valley restaurant and it is one of our favourites in Niagara area. Always consistently amazing. On a side note … would like to mention the entrance hallway is quite dark if your reservation is after 7 PM without daylight It definitely needs some added lighting. While we were waiting to be seated, one person actually came in and tripped. He Knocked the coat rack over and almost fell. The Issue is your eyes are still adjusting from the outside into a very dark hallway which is problematic. just something simple but was also mentioned by the patrons waiting alongside of us. a simple fix really as it is the first detail you noticed when you walk in to the fabulous restaurant ! We can’t wait to return.

   We celebrated my daughter's birthday. The service was out standing, our waitress was well informed with the specials and items on the menu. The food was well presented and tasted amazing..our meals were served hot and all together. For a special occasion this is the place to go . Will return again !!!!!

   Celebrating boyfriend’s birthday. He had beef cheek, was the special that night. So delicious and perfectly cooked. I had potato stuffed ravioli with pistachio cream sauce. What a great flavour!!! Tiramisu and salted caramel gelato for dessert.

   Last night we tried the Pane di Fichi appetizer... canadian pears, fig jam, arugula and other stuff on a flat bread. This was really good! Then we had the pasta special which was a pistachio pesto on homemade spaghetti pasta... again a creamy, rich hit! For dessert, Nadia made an Italian Torta Della Nonna which had an Italian pastry cream filling. I have always wanted to try this after seeing it on numerous web postings... it is not overly sweet and a perfect match to an after dinner aperitif! There was also a pistachio torte... again a perfect ending to a great meal... worth the trip to Arthur Street!!!!

   We have been the Valley a number of times. The food and the service is outstanding. The ambience give you a European feel. We chose the valley to celebrate our anniversary. Our waitress was awesome.

   First time eating at the valley . The restaurant is small but has a nice feel to it . The server was excellent very nice and on point . They brought out complimentary bread which was a nice touch . We ordered calamari as an appetizer was very good. I don't remember the name but my wife ordered a lemony pasta sauce with shrimp and liked it . I ordered a 3 piece dinner . Which included half order of veal Parm . Half order lasagne and some fettuccine Alfredo . The Parm and Alfredo was very good. The lasagne is what makes me give this overall food score a 4 . It was not good at all and it's hard to even pass as a lasagne . It was mainly sauce very little cheese and hardly any noodle it wasn't layered and it looked as it was just slapped together . I could even go as far as say it is one of the worst attempts of a lasagne I've had in a restaurant .. All in all I will come back to this restaurant one dish shouldn't describe a full experience and everything else was excellent and service excellent .
