   I usually love UTiki but they were off their game. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food. The waiter could not be more apologetic and concerned about our experience. They did comp our meal which was appreciated but when the food came the sushi rolls were all rice and no fish and the fries were cold. I hope they can get their act together

   This was our go to dinner destination for years. However, our experience a couple of days ago is the reason we won’t be back. We arrived right at 4:30 when they opened and were served drinks and appetizers immediately and our waiter was very friendly. Our entrees came out and our daughter ordered the hog snapper fish tacos with a side salad and they brought out shrimp tacos instead. She can’t eat shell fish. We sent it back and he said it would be out in 5 minutes. 10 minutes passed, 20 minutes passed, 30 minutes passed, and no joke, 42 minutes passed. They were clearing our plates and she still wasn’t served. We also rarely were approached by the waiter because he was embarrassed to have to keep coming back to tell us, yet again, it wasn’t ready. They even brought out our receipt and her meal was on it. We went to talk to the manager about the situation and that is when it went from bad to worse. 3 men who were the managers began to aggressively spout out that they serve a 1000 meals a night and they can’t focus on just one. Extremely rude and confrontational. We said we thought it was ridiculous that her meal was even on the receipt and they should be taking off more because of the way it was handled. Let’s just say, her meal was the only thing taken off, and mind you, she still hadn’t received them. No offer of desserts or taking a percentage off for the unpleasant experience, just that we better pay or they were calling the cops. Finally, we were getting up to leave and one of the managers brought out the tacos and his exact words were, “Do you still want these?” The rest of our group had already left and my daughter tried to eat but the tacos were just fish and lettuce so they didn’t even make them properly and her stomach was upset from all the commotion. Side note, we even asked for her salad to come out so she had something to eat while she waited and they didn’t even do that. We paid and gave the waiter a $50 because we felt bad for him.

   We always enjoy our time at U Tiki- we like meeting our cousins there for lunch-would like a larger variety of food, but that wont hold us back from enjoying lunch with our family

   We are do happy that the new renovated Utiki takes reservations. We drive about 40 minutes to get there, so it is a welcome change to be seated on arrival and not have to wait. Thank you!!!!

   We love you can now make reservations here. As always the food and service were outstanding. Our favorite Jupiter restaurant. And both eats the atmosphere on the inlet.

   We really enjoyed UTiki. Service was great. The food was quite tasty and served hot and promptly. I had a grouper sandwich. She had the blackened mahi mahi. Fries with my grouper were some of the best anywhere. We arrived at 6:30 pm and, though the place was very busy, we were seated right away. We had made a reservation. Tables continued to turn throughout our stay. We will definitely return, probably for lunch so we can better enjoy the view of the marina.
