After receiving confirmation of my reservation and speaking with someone from Urban Table to confirm they were opened. When we got there a note on the door said they were permanently closed. Had to find another open restaurant in a hurry. I guess they closed the day of our reservations.

Very quiet evening in the restaurant. It’s a lovely space and our food was great. My cocktail was excellent but my husband’s mule was disappointing. Everything else was great!

Sounds silly but the door was banging continually throughout our stay. They should really look into fixing it:) The food was great, the sorry was poor.

The restaurant smelled truly terrible, like there was a sewage leak. We went due to the happy hour menu but found out upon arrival that there were no happy hour items. Our server did her best but it was not a great experience.

Unfortunately this wasn’t the best experience at Urban Table. They were out of the drink and the entree I ordered (letting me know after they’d already been ordered) but didn’t offer to deduct anything from the bill or comp our appetizer. This isn’t the level of service I’ve come to expect from this family of restaurants.

It was a slow holiday weekend night and we were so excited to return to Urban Table to dine since the pandemic. We saw our favorite servers, the service was great, we felt very safe with the staff's masking, the table spacing, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Bar seating is still not open, but that didn't deter the bartender -- she made fabulous cocktails for us, like usual.

We look forward to brunch at Urban Table and have gone 3 times since it reopened after COVID. However, the last two experiences have not been good. The service both times was subpar and the food took twice as long as normal with little to no apology for our wait time. Our servers seemed preoccupied or inexperienced, rarely refilling our drinks or checking to see if we needed anything. Unfortunately, we will be looking for a new brunch spot.
