   The ambiance and decorations are beautiful but once you get to the table it's sticky and compact. Terrible food and drinks, especially for the price. It's very underwhelming once you see it. The server barely checked on us and I was embarrassed I brought my friend here for her birthday when she came all the way from California. When I mentioned it to the server she was really condescending and rude and said we can't talk to the manager and she was the lead server so what she says is what we get. The tables next to us were also complaining about their food. It was just overall not a pleasant time. I'm never going back there

   Great Christmas decor but was SO loud. Food was decent but overpriced. Service was ok, just super busy.

   Dinner was good. QR code at the table did not sync to our phones so we initially resorted to order from the wrong menu online but the waitress was nice enough to assist. The lavender lemonade was perfection. Salmon was cooked perfectly and garlic mashed potatoes were delicious. My daughter enjoyed her lamb chops as well. Always beautiful ambiance at Christmas time.

   The decorations were beautiful but the wait time was terrible. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes to be sat. The atmosphere and cocktails were great they over committed on reservations and the wait time was ridiculous. It was a cool experience but given the wait times I would not recommend.

   drinks and atmosphere are both nice! made reservations but still had to wait 35+ minutes to be seated. food was below average.

   I made a reservations 3 weeks prior to coming to this establishment so I was super excited. When I got there it was overpacked and there was a 20-25 minutes wait to still be sat even though I showed up on time. I was put on a wait list to receive a text when my table was ready. Had to sit in the cold outside since there was no room in the building…. Long story short I never got text & never got to in. There were a ton people waiting around and mad at how disorganized it was. From what I could see the entrance was nice at least .

   Waited over an hour for a table despite having reservations at 3:45 pm. Server never checked on us and food didn't come out together. Three of my part had finished their meal before three others got their main course.

   Love the decor. Drinks were delicious!!! Very crowded and can tell the wait staff was a lil overwhelmed but our waitress was very friendly. The food was just OK. We probably should hv stuck with typical bar food (burgers and fries). I'd come here just for the decor (pics) and drinks and eat elsewhere.

   I ordered the Christmas Coffee Flight which came with peppermint, marshmallow, and gingerbread coffee. The coffee flight was $30 and came with three small shot-glass sized cups of coffee. The coffee was amazing, but the price vs. quantity ratio upset me and I will not order again. I also ordered the breakfast platter with over easy eggs and turkey bacon. This was very delicious and I enjoyed it very much.

    Not impressed. Service was horrible, got seated about an hour after our reservation. The attention was just disappointing. Food nothing special. Drinks were great, felt more like a decorated college pub.
