   This restaurant and the experience, overall, was excellent. My daughter and I were visiting from out of town and picked this restaurant based on other reviews. It did not disappoint! From the warm greeting at the front door to the excellent service and food, I would highly recommend and would definitely return the next time I’m visiting Myrtle Beach. There is nothing that could have been better!

   Great restaurant! Fantastic food and excellent service. I was very surprised by how good and fresh everything was. The interior of the restaurant had a great beach vibe. The filet was one of the best I’ve had in a long time!

   Relatively new restaurant to which we wanted to experience. Great experience. Atmosphere inviting and elegant. White linens. Menu full of choices, appetizers, salads, seafood, steaks, chicken, pasta. Extensive Sushi list. The presentation on the Sushi was impeccable. Food was good portions. Cocktail list had good choices as well. Has a bar area with seating, has indoor covered seating with a bar & outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

   The food was amazing, prices were great. Only issue I could do with out was the guitar player coming around to the tables and playing in front of us. Made it harder to hold a conversation.

   Our experience at Uptown Bistro was wonderful. Even though it was not a busy night and we had reservations, our total experience was special. Our servers, Denise and Nancy (trainee) were very attentive, professional, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. I think that even had the restaurant been busier, we still would have been given the red carpet treatment. I was there with my husband, my twin sister and her beau and we had an awesome time. We started our dining experience with the tuna tower and the tuna ceviche (we are all ahi addicts). Both were very, very good, although my personal favorite was the ceviche. We sampled a little of everything - from the scallops to the lobster ravioli (wow, so good), the creamed spinach, ribeye and salmon. None of our dishes disappointed. I would recommend this dining establishment to anyone who wants to give new and upcoming (uptown) restaurants a chance at making their mark on the excellence spectrum. The ambiance is classy but not stuffy - business casual, but can be laid back as well. Oh... and don't forget the desserts! We come to Myrtle Beach every year. We will be coming back to Uptown for another fabulous dinner experience!

   Lovely new restaurant, wonderful architecture and ambiance. Our food was fabulous. Our server was GREAT. We didn’t have dessert but the bakery viewed upon entry was over the top. The guitar player was great but at times a bit too loud. One suggestion- perhaps include a vegetable, and decrease the potatoes. More nutritionally balanced and would contribute to the presentation. I intend those comments to merely be constructive as it was a lovely evening and we will definitely be back soon.

    Had 6:30 reservation got seated and waited over 30 minutes asked for someone to come get our drink order at least NO one came to visit us after over 30 minutes so we got up and left no one said anything to us
