Uno draws its identity and inspiration from the artisan heritage of the original Pizzeria Uno in Chicago, IL. Each restaurant still makes their Deep Dish Pizza dough fresh every morning. Our Chicago Thin Crust Pizzas are jam-packed with bold flavors. And our new Detroit Style Pizza, with its square shape, crunchy and crispy cheese-baked edge and light and airy crust, is a new favorite among our guests. We offer pizzas that are perfect for all meat-lovers, vegans, and gluten-free guests alike!

Today, we are as passionate about craft beer as we are our pizza. We work with quality brewers to bring you a selection of some of the best national, regional and local craft beers. Nothing goes better together than pizza and beer!

Our menu also features UNO favorites like the Shrimp & Crab Dip and Rattlesnake Pasta as well as a variety of other apps and pastas, salads, burgers and sandwiches, and entrees.

I had a Craft Your Own pizza today. It included sliced bell peppers, sliced onions and sliced tomatoes on cauliflower crust and was it ever the best, including cutting it as a square pizza. I love ‘em that way, as they are easier to eat.

Fantastic, waitress, and good food and nice ambience (not too crazy for a Sunday). Bartender had an attitude. Go right to the table and avoid him if possible.

Three raw vegetables cooked with the cauliflower crust with some great UNO cheese on top. How can it be better than that? The three were sliced bell peppers, sliced onions and sliced tomato. I even got a special delivery at the bar from Kelli.

I had the always wonderful take-in, the Taco Pizza which always hits home for me.

One of my favorites was absolutely the best today. You can’t do better than you did today with my Broccoli, Spinach and Artichoke on Cauliflower Crust.

Wonderful Veggie Extravaganza on Cauliflower Crust. I had loads of vegetables and enjoyed every minute eating it. Bill, Sarah and Kelli all made my day!

Was my pizza ever good today! I had a cauliflower crust with sliced bell pepper, sliced onion, and sliced tomato. What fine cheese was used on it, as well.

I really feel lucky that Uno has sliced tomatoes for my pizza. Hard to get them, but I got to enjoy them, once again with sliced bell peppers, sliced onions and cauliflower crust. Everything raw to start are the ingredients I select. It was a wonderful day!
