Uchi, "home" in Japanese, is founded by James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole. A delicate balance of elevated food and impeccable service, Uchi offers non-traditional Japanese cuisine with signature tastings, sushi, and seasonal omakase. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

Wonderful night in Old Town Scottsdale! The server was very friendly and helpful. Suggested items but also set a pace of our dinner meal. We loved all the dishes and drinks

Very loud. Omakase was very good but a little pricey. We are East Coasters and the Omakase is as good but less expensive.

Smoked Duck, Hama Chilli, Hotate Crudo, and any dessert. I went back two nights in a row. It was that good. Customer Service was high-end and excellent! I dropped my napkin and before I noticed it had been replaced with a fresh one. Tables are wiped regularly during the meal so that it’s always clean. Dishes are collected timely so there is room for what is next. Staff is friendly and polished. I’m writing this and I want to go back. Enjoy!

Best restaurant/value in town. Can’t wait to go back. Excellent staff as well. Had 5 different staff members waiting on us. They’re operating at an extremely high level.
