    We're regulars at Two Fillets and previously have written reviews. Our dinner was supposed to be Plank Salmon for my husband & NY Strip for me. However, our server Jonathon tempted us with several specials. One special stopped me: Panko Crusted Chicken Breast on abed of mashed potatoes, broccolini covered with a savory mushroom sauce. It was amazing! The tenderest chicken breast cooked to perfection & served hot. The 'savory' mushroom sauce had small tomatoes sliced in half but this was not a tomato sauce. If Two Fillets needs a chicken item as a regular on the entree menu this is the one!
