Twisted Tree Steakhouse offers a rustic, casual dining experience in our restaurant, bar, private dining space and patio areas. Our service techniques are unique, while serving your perfectly timed courses in an old-school casual experience.
Chef Tyler Layton and team serving premium aged steak options, perfectly crafted cocktails and a large variety of seafood, including our signature imported batter dipped lobster tail. If a reservation time that you are searching for is unavailable please call the restaurant directly to see about alternate seating options.
We also have our Lounge area available Tuesday - Saturday beginning at 4pm, seating is open and serving a lighter menu including our famous House Salad.
Twisted Tree Steakhouse is conveniently located in Sunset Hills, near highways 270 and 44. For those traveling we are connected to a recently updated Holiday Inn Sunset Hills Route 66.

    It was absolutley delicious. Some of the best food and service I have ever had. The front room is VERY noisy but we were in the back room which was perfect.

    Our experience was just tremendous again, just like it always is…7 years in a row to celebrate our anniversary at Twisted Tree!! Our server, Janice, was just outstanding as well…could not have been better!! Looking forward to next year already!!

    Brian and Alex delivered an excellent experience. Attentive and very personable. Only my second time eating here but both times I have walked away impressed, especially from a value standpoint. It’s not cheap but it’s also not overpriced relative to some other steakhouses in St. Louis. Twisted shrimp as an app were great, house salad plentiful and a little unique in a good way. NY strip cooked a perfect medium and fantastic flavor with some marrow butter. The roasted brussel sprouts preparation with the sweet chili is probably best I’ve had. Worth every penny. Yeah it’s attached to a Holiday Inn. So be it. It’s really good.

    Delicious food and we were well taken care of by our server. Perfect Valentine’s Day date night. Can’t wait to go back!

    We had a nice time in our first visit to Twisted Tree. Our steaks could have been a bit warmer, and it was a bit noisier than I mighr have liked. But the food was very good and we had a nice time, and very likely will come back.

    Extremely appreciative of supporting handicapped needs of our dinner partner with table closed to entrance. Server was incredible! Very responsive and helpful. Very fast with service. Environment is quite loud with people talking and moving in and out.

    Excellent service! Entres were exceptional...Salad with trimmings & dressings were homemade and delicious! Primerib was cooked perfectly! Cocktails were excellent! Needs tablecloths to match perfection of entres and service.
