   THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. Took 45 minutes to get coffee and creamer. Took over an hour to get 2 mimosas. It wasn’t even crowded, now i know why. You will be disappointed in every single person that works there. You can tell they obviously don’t want to be there. The food was blah. You’ll regret going here.

   All food was overcooked, with the exception of runny grits. This was my first subpar experience at a Tupelo Honey.

   Nice atmosphere. Waitress was very nice. Biggest issue is we wanted an omelette but they would not make it because they didn’t have the premade egg substitute. They had eggs, but they weren’t willing to make omelettes with them. Kinda crazy. Water tasted horrible. Appetizer came with the entree. Could even tell the waitress was a bit embarrassed to work there. Won’t be going back.

   Great table for our party with a baby. Food was tasty but the coffee was mediocre at best. We were impressed the noise level was not loud.

   Spectacular! The Iron Cast Pork Skillet is the best meal that we have had in years! Service is amazing. We also sat outdoors, which was an unexpected bonus. A must visit location in Franklin.

   Normally really enjoy Tupelo Honey despite it being expensive; but our experience today at the Franklin, TN location was frankly terrible. First the mens bathroom had a complete biohazard and ultimately had to be closed (which was unfortunate for a family like ours on a 12hr road trip...). The service, while friendly, was incredibly slow, and the food I'd say was mediocre. Hopefully, this was just a one-off - we will certainly give it another shot.

   I called ahead about happy hour and was told there was happy hour that day, but when we got there they said there was no happy hour on Fridays. They honored the happy hour prices for food but not drinks. At least a compromise

   This was our first visit to Tupelo Honey this year. We had extended family come in town. They enjoyed Tupelo Honey. Great food and great service!
