Amazingly enjoyable Sunday lunch at Tulia, pescado crudo with citrus fruits, roast fish with cauliflower puree and a paella de carne, followed by banana tarte Tatin accompanied by wine and passion fruit cocktails–simply delicious. Recommended

First time in the new restaurant behind Huniik, this is a different concept but with the same attention to detail in service, food and ambience. It was the best experience I have had, not just in Merida but in the US & Europe. The food is Yucatan influenced, not simply elevated but taken in a different direction; deliciously comforting and easy on the wallet. Shout to the best martini in town, too. Can’t wait to go back.
