   We were seated on time. The hostess, chef, and waitress all gave exceptional service. Our dinner was steaming hot and delicious. I can't wait to go back.

   We had a 6:45 reservation & were there right on time & were seated right away. However we sat for over 15 minutes being ignored by the wait staff that walked by us numerous times. Finally a guy who was working at the bar saw us sitting there & came over & brought us water. We told him we were going to the concert there at 8 & wondered if we should just order appetizers since it was already 7:05. He asked what main items we were interested in & went back to the kitchen & told us that there wouldn’t be a problem getting our meals to us in time to eat & then go to the concert. We received our meal at 7:35 & were able to finish it in time. The food was good and the chef came over & talked to us. However if it wasn’t for the bartender we don’t know how long we would have sat there before being served.

   We had a great experience celebrating a joined birthday celebration. The food was delicious, and the staff were all so very nice, attentive, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure the kids were comfortable and even did a fire show for the kids..it was a great first-time experience overall. Highly recommend.

   I felt we were pretty generous with the ratings considering the experience. We had made reservations in advance in anticipation of the crowd due to the Christmas lights. We arrived early for our reservation and seated shortly after we arrived, that’s where the positive experience ended. It took a long time for our server to even acknowledge we were there, once we ordered drinks and appetizers, that’s when we realized how slow the service was. We waited almost 1 hour for our dinner and suffice it to say, it was not worth the wait. Although the server was very kind and did apologize for the wait, they did nothing to make amends for the service. To add insult to injury, they automatically add 18% gratuity which is ridiculous considering the service received. Terrible experience, we will not return.

   Food was excellent. The seating was horrible. We were place in front of the wine cooler, in a back corner on wired seating with no cushions and it was very uncomfortable. Our waitress was late to to provide us end of meal service. It was not a good experience.

   Tried Tula Belle at Tulalip Casino last night and we were very happy with the dining experience. Great service, drinks, food, atmosphere & value. Even though the restaurant is within the casino we were not distracted by the sounds of the slot machines. We will be back!

    For the most part, everything tasted great there was five people in my party and two of the steaks were incomplete not cooked properly. I was disappointed in just having a steak with a side of what look like a mini spaghetti for $51 I had to buy an extra side to get some mashed potatoes and some vegetables, so I was disappointed in not having 2 sides with my steak, I didn’t care for the wooden plate. It did not look elegant or nice. It looks like something you’d find at a burger restaurant. The atmosphere was great. The restaurant itself was really pretty. I love how all the bottles of wine are threw out the walls.I’m glad I got to experience it, but I don’t think I would come back. I did not complain about my own steak because I don’t like to complain, but it was a little overcooked.
