   We ordered everything at once and wanted to come out all at once. Of the 10 dishes ordered we got 5 fairly quick. After we had finished all of those we still hadn’t received the rest. Our server finally came to take the empty plates we had stacked and I mentioned to him that we were still missing 5 items and would like more water/drinks. He blamed the kitchen and ran off. We received 3 of the missing items and then asked to add on 2 sides of extra roti because it wasn’t enough for the amount of curry that comes with it. After a long wait we waived someone down and they came back rather quickly with 2 of the missing dishes but not the roti and we never got a chance to order another round of drinks. It was just really disjointed and overall a very disappointing dinner that was meant to be an enjoyable Christmas Feast. The server comped the roti as disliked category but the $26 discount felt like the bare minimum. Like yes should not charge me for the items I never got that fur starters but yeah like I said very disappointing all together. This was first time coming to Tuk Tuk and we had high hopes. I sincerely doubt we’ll be back.

   While the appetizers were on point, well flavored & timely, our dinner orders were a little disconnected and delayed. We were never told that the sticky rice ordered to accompany one of the entrees was not available until we prompted a follow up question. This did not spoil our conversation and fellowship. It is always a pleasure for me to expose diners to the ambiance of this place.

   You will never go wrong choosing Tuk Tuk Thai Food Loft. This place is my go-to Thai food spot and has been for over a decade. LOVE Tuk Tuk!

   I used to be a regular at this restaurant for many years — dining here several times a month. I used to love it so much that every holiday season I would buy hundreds of dollars of gifts cards to issue to my staff and clients and I loved to treat my clients and staff at this place for special occasions or just because. However, prior to tonight, I hadn’t been here in almost a year, and tonight I was definitely reminded why…. It was just me and my guest and the place wasn’t even packed but it took almost forever for us to get our two simple entrées . We saw people who sat down after us getting their food before us. It wasn’t until i reminded another server we hadn’t received our food because our server never came to check on us at our table. Our server only came to our table when the other server let him know we were looking for our food. It was only at that time our food was cared about by the server. I asked for my salmon to be medium rare. When I received it, it was well done. To add, Ive ordered this same dish countless times because its the only dish I order whenever i go there but this one time they decided to drown my plate with those pesky white shredded wheat looking noodles. Never ever had my salmon panang dish buried underneath those horrible crunchy things dumped on top of my dish! I’d Never ever seen this in all my years of ordering this exact same dish! It was awful that mess interfered with the dish. Since the server never came to check on us, we didn’t get a chance to order desert. Again, had to flag him down to ask for the check. He took my credit card a essentially disappeared. More than 25 min went by and still no sign of my credit card or the server. Mind you, the restaurant didn’t even have a crowd so there was absolutely no reason for my credit card to be missing that long. When i finally got a hold of the server to ask where was my credit card, he literally said he forgot to bring it back to me. Im very fearful my credit card number had been
