   As always it was an amazing experience. Wait staff were great, food was very well prepared and drinks were great. While yes this restaurant is a bit on the pricey side, it is 100% worth it. We enjoy spending a nice date night here or celebrating special occasions.

   Trulucks’s downtown Austin is my favorite restaurant to go to before any event. It’s always an easy and fabulous experience. Great location with a convenient valet option, an opulent interior, delicious menu, cocktails, and incredible service!

   Valentine’s Day at Truluck’s was exceptional, everything about the night was marvelous besides one detail. Our server Jimmy, unreal service. He was so great! They gave my girlfriend a little chair for her purse. King crab, cocktails, YUM! What makes me upset is that when I pulled my car up to valet I paid and gave the man a $20 bill. When we leave after our evening they try to tell me I didn’t pay and run me down in the street, making a scene that I didn’t pay them. I had a $500 dinner, paid upon dropping my fob into the man’s hand, and went on my way to treat my lovely lady. Then they try to embarrass me in the streets in front of other couples that I didn’t pay a $15 parking tab? Then after going back and forth that I did in fact pay, he says you know what don’t worry about it.. shaking his head and I pop my model x doors open using the fob back peddling away from the car parker. Overall, I did enjoy the night and we quickly forgot about this mishap. But if you’re going to take my $ when I drop off the car, figure out how to mark it for the other guys so they don’t think I’m stealing a parking service. Jimmy, alli and I loved you! King crab at 1am hit!
