   This is the second time we’ve been here in the last 6 months. The first time I did not make a reservation and the food was slow to come out (>1hr). This time I made an early dinner reservation, we got there 10mins before. We asked to be sat at a booth/bench (easier for me kids) and were told the tables we not open tonight only to have the same hostess offer the table to two other parties 5mins later. We then were sat in the corner of the side room with no view of the restaurant. Our server seemingly forgot we were there. The kids food came out in a timely manner - our food again took an hour. So the kids were done and no longer happy to sit so we had our food packed in a to-go box. I ate it at home (Chicken Parm w/ spaghetti squash, Pizza with bison sausage). It was still good and the only saving grace. We will not be returning as much as I love the concept and the food, two poor experiences for dinner that costs >$100 is just not something I would repeat.

   The food was delicious, service great today (it’s been hit or miss in the last). The only “negative” is the prices have gone up and are really high now.

   We 've loved true food kitchen in the past but this time the experience with food was disappointing. we were looking forward to our favorite dishes especially the bougie blanco pizza but they were out of them at 7pm! The Mediterranean wrap did not have artichokes as described on their menu but just a bunch of leaves in a sauce. very very average. The hatch chili dip had no hatch chilies in them just a white sauce. Hoped for a better experience.

   The food is very good, healthy, but pricy. One guest was gluten free and there were many options that were safe. Our server was very nice and good. We will be back.

   True Food Kitchen is the perfect place to get you back on track after all the holiday binging. Delicious options cooked and seasoned perfectly and presented as part of an anti-inflammatory diet. You will feel great enjoying your meal and then continue to feel great for hours shopping in DTS. No crash, no need for a nap, no sluggishness. This place is a game changer. Go tonight. Ask for Shane his knowledge of the menu is superb.

   Service was just OK. Noticed a dirty knife at my place setting when I sat down, they never brought me a new knife. Ordered coffee, never offered a refill. All the ice melted in our glasses of water and tea, and had to ask for more ice. We did sit for a long time and talk, but they did not pay us much attention.

   Ordered a tuna poke bowl, literally delivered it without tuna. Asked for no jalapeño, and it was still drenched with a Thai chile sauce that was incredibly spicy. By the time the waitress even checked on us my guest was almost finished with her meal. Offered to remake it, though I should have just passed. $25 for the most subpar poke bowl I’ve ever had. Restaurant was barely 1/4 full so it’s truly baffling at the service. I will not be back.

   Ordered the turkey burger which is always great and got the kale side salad. My dinner mate had the chicken sandwich and gave it high marks. Bonus: there is a happy hour 3-6pm with some selected bites for $6/$8/$10 - plus some drink specials, too.

   Perfect spot to start your DTS shopping day or a midway break point to refuel. The expertly crafted anti inflammation menu ensures you always leave feeling great. never like you need a nap and a restroom break. We love all the seasonal menus. The squash pizza and antient grain bowls are our current go to's.

    I was pleasantly surprised. The taste of the food was great. Brea, our waitress was awesome. The interior design of the restaurant was very inviting. We are definitely going back.
