   The food was outstanding and my server was very helpful and knowledgeably. The dumplings were amazing and so was the roast beef dip. I will definitely be back.

   I had a truly disappointing experience at True Food. From the moment we sat down, things went downhill. The table was wet, and the menus were dirty and covered in food stains. Not a great start. We ordered the focaccia, and it arrived cold—not once, but twice. Next, the cauliflower with tahini also came out cold. Then, I ordered the Grilled Grass-Fed Tenderloin, which was a complete letdown. It wasn’t warm, wasn’t cooked as I requested, and was the smallest portion of steak I’ve ever seen. The service was equally terrible. The staff never checked in to see how things were, and the lack of attention was frustrating. The only redeeming part of the meal was the ice cream at the end, which was actually good. To top it all off, when the check arrived, I noticed I was charged for two extra ice creams. When I pointed this out, the waiter admitted he was aware of the mistake but hadn’t fixed it. He eventually went to the manager to correct it, but it was an unnecessary hassle. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

   If you are planning to order anything air fried, call before. The air fryer was broken and two of our party of four had to figure something else out. The dish we chose was less than adequate. The server wasn’t very helpful either, which was unusual. She should have told us the fryer was broken at the beginning because a great deal of the menu is air fried. I will still come back here but will call first.

   1pm Sunday lunch. Busy as usual. Very attentive server. Butternut squash soup is soooo good! We also had the grass-fed meatloaf with carrots, potatoes, mushrooms and micro greens. Very flavorful and beautiful presentation! The thick slice of meatloaf has crispiness on the outside, and it is moist and tender on the inside.

   Nice place for a meal. A little louder than I prefer but my preferences are for low volume. Food was good yet not amazing. Decent value. Parking is a challenge and you may need to walk a good bit from parking to the door. Could be a challenge for ppl w mobility issues. Very nice locale and lots of good options nearby.

   Keeping it short and simple, they need to work on the process they use to keep food hot between preparation and plating. We were two diners, each with a roasted vegetable component of their dish and the roasted vegetables were not even warm, which made them chewy and leathery.

   To start with we had a reservation and had to wait a little over 5 mins just to be seated for a table that should have been ready at the time reserved we came there on time and the 7:30. Then after being seated we had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to ask if we wanted any drinks let alone get water and ten more minutes to get water. We were about to leave if they had took any longer. We then ordered the butternut squash soup which came out lukewarm at best. My girlfriend ordered the seared tuna tataki and they didn't tell us it wasn't fully cooked we didn't know what seared referred to but we didn't want almost raw fish and she had baru nuts that I don't think they roasted fully because she couldn't even eat it. My tenderloin was dry the mashed potato's were okay but overall the experience of waiting so long , poor service about information on what the dishes contained. The only upside is the manager comped the tuna dish for us without us even asking but we will never be going back here again!

    Was so excited to take my family here and the food was not good. My lasagne was cold, they brought a much smaller portion the second time and it was only slightly warmer. My husband hates onions and they put onions on his wrap without it even being listed as on ingredient on the menu. Also ingredients in kids teriyaki bowl that were not listed on menu so my child didn’t eat it. The whole experience was just really disappointing and we won’t be back. 😕
