   I’ve been coming here since 2019 and it’s one of my favorite restaurants. I will say that last night on May 27, the spicy Panang curry was very different and more broth like, and less creamy. I notice sometimes it’s often inconsistent in texture which is not ideal. I wish they would make a more consistent recipe, and the vegetables were more cooked than usual. It was probably my least favorite of all the MANY times I’ve had it over the last six years, and that’s saying something. The cauliflower appetizer, almond crusted chicken, and vegan vanilla ice cream were very good. And my friends with me enjoyed their food. I just wish the curry would be more consistent, as it is one of my favorite dishes.

   The new menu for lunch includes new and reasonably priced meals. I had the tomato bisque and grilled chicken wrap. Delicious! I was very intrigued with a new summer salad offering - watermelon with cucumbers, mint, sesame seed, almond, dabs of wasabe and a citrus vinegarette - so I got one to go and I'm savoring it by eating half yesterday and the other half today. It's so refreshing and light. A wonderful addition to the menu.

   Had such an amazing visit at lunch today! The food was incredible, service was excellent, and I was so appreciative of the free birthday dessert that made it extra special! True Food remains one of my favorite spots in Nashville!

   My family ate here Friday and Saturday night and everything was really good. Returned last night for dinner the restaurant was very understaffed the food not up to par as it was a few days earlier. Complained to the manager who didn’t seem to really even care. . We are usually in and out and about an hour, and our experience took us over two hours because of the slow and inefficient service . This is usually a great place and they need to do better during the week .

   I had a wonderful Mothers Day brunch at True Food Kitchen! We had a great table outside and our server JoJo was amazing. The food was delicious (and healthy!) My husband and son both had a grass-fed burger and salad and I had a yummy curry bowl with chicken. I especially enjoyed my iced lavendar matcha! We will definitley be back!

   Just not that great. Lacked favor, kitchen yelling orders out rather than keeping low key and organized. Was not the same quality and flavor I’m used to from them.
