   From the time we arrived to the time we were greeted it was 10 minutes. From the time we were greeted to getting waters was 5 more minutes. While waiting for our waters our server was busy bussing her other tables and running food. I think it would have been better to give us waters then Bus and run food. Our server didn’t use a tray when bussing or serving and it was gross to think about other ppls germs and her touching their dirty plates and then our clean plates with food going in our mouths. We were told kitchen was slow bc busy Saturday. That’s fine we ordered bread for appetizer. It came out undercooked and very dense and then less than 5 minutes later before we hardly ate the appetizer our mains were dropped off. That’s my pet peeve when kitchens and servers don’t know how to fire food properly. Why would I get an appetizer if my food comes out right after? My husband and I got a chopped salad and a chicken wrap. Both of our chicken was so dry I didn’t even eat it. I took it my unseasoned bland chicken strips home to give to my dogs. I’ve been to other true foods in Jacksonville and San Diego and had way better experiences. I don’t recommend coming here

   This was such a good restaurant especially for someone who is gluten free like me. Also love the fact they don’t use seed oils.

   First time visiting and was trying to be patient, they may have been short staffed for the new year but my visit was absolutely horrible. Had to wait almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged and another 5 for the host to show up. A waitress also sat us. Took another 10 before getting service because apparently the waiters had a “miscommunication “ problem per the waiter, which should not have been my problem. There was a delay in receiving one of cocktails which is odd why not have both out at same time. We ordered 2 chicken Parmesan , the manager comes to us and says they have only 1. We make an adjustment for that while they didn’t make an adjustment for us. Theres no real attention and true customer service performed. Only seen the waiter once. I am truly disappointed. The manager didn’t provide any accommodations and literally said to us sorry we cannot offer discounts and walked off with no regard. There are many ways to accommodate paying customers. I will never go again I am truly disappointed, not at all what it was hyped to be. Update: reviewed open table reviews, amazing to see Zac from Tampa actually got a 50% discount 7 days ago . So this tells me a little more about this restaurant and how they cater to others who do not look like me

   We have been here a few times and it was pretty good. Last night they were clearly understaffed, but we never had a waiter. The hostess did her best to try and help us and take our orders, but everything took for ever, and two of the meals were wrong. They did take 50% off the bill which was nice, but a very frustrating experience especially since we brought our family who was in town for the weekend.

   A wonderful dinner at True Food Kitchen. Started with non-alcoholic beverages, including the OG and NA Atlantic IPA. So pleased to have these options. We shared the blackened cauliflower appetizer which wasn’t very blackened but delicious nonetheless. On to main courses-Ancient Grain bowl with salmon, AG bowl with steak, the chopped salad with chicken, kale salad with salmon and a sausage pizza. Everything was perfect - we cleaned our plates so shared the chocolate peanut butter tart and the gf chocolate chip cookie with vegan ice cream. These were both excellent. Service was outstanding. It is such a pleasure to dine at a restaurant with fresh offerings and accommodations to everyone’s dietary requirements.

    The food is very good. However, the portion are small for the price. Our server was excellent.
